Hotel Acla Filli, Zernez

During my visit, I enjoyed the restaurant at Hotel Acla Filli twice. The standout moment was when I had the Affogato; it was honestly the best one I've had during my 3-month trip in Switzerland! The service, particularly from the Italian waiter, was really good-he was friendly and efficient, making our experience nice. This warm interaction is exactly why we returned for my birthday dinner.

My stay included a very cozy room with gorgeous views from the balcony. I was impressed by the cleanliness and comfort of the space. It truly felt like a warm retreat, and I wish I could have stayed longer to enjoy it fully. The room provided everything I needed to relax after a day of hiking.

One of the great perks of my stay was the excellent parking availability at the hotel. It was really convenient for us, especially after a long drive. It made our arrival stress-free, knowing that we had a secure place to leave our car while we explored the area.

I found the bathroom facilities to be very spacious, which contributed significantly to my overall comfort. The shower had great water pressure and provided an abundance of hot water, making it perfect for unwinding after a long day of adventures in the national park. Highly satisfied!
